My upbringing in a U.S. Air Force family afforded me the opportunity to spend thirteen formative years in Panama. That dynamic lifestyle required constant adaptation and taught me the profound value of a genuinely welcoming environment. I proudly put down permanent roots in Steubenville, Ohio, in 2005, yet the perspective I gained from those early transitions directly informs my approach to client hospitality today. I am deliberate in ensuring that no one walks into our office feeling like a stranger.

My earlier career was in event management and client stewardship at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where several hundred guests might arrive at once and every one of them needed looking after. No matter the scope and scale, the individual experience matters most.

When my husband, Bobby, transitioned to an independent practice, I joined him with a singular, shared vision. We set out to cultivate a firm where our clients never feel like account numbers, a place where they speak directly to professionals who know them by name and understand their personal history.

Away from the office, my faith comes first, followed closely by my family, my friends, and our dog Remy. Bobby and I lead a retreat for engaged couples. I run long distances, one marathon down, with a second one still on the list.
